Appointments

To schedule an appointment or for general information call (909) 321-5556

First Visit

Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.  An early arrival allows you sufficient time to complete the initial paperwork. The first appointment, including the initial paperwork, could take up to 90 minutes.

Return Visit

Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete an assessment questionnaire, which will allow you time to reflect on the progress you have made since your last appointment and what you plan to discuss in the session ahead. 

Cancellation Policy

The appointment time you have scheduled is reserved for you at a specific time.   If you are unable to keep your appointment, please provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice. An early cancellation notice allows us to offer someone else the appointment time. 

Confidentiality

What you share with your therapist is held in strictest confidence. Information may be released only by your written consent or as required by law. The law considers therapists to be mandated reporters and requires disclosure (with or without consent of the client) when a client is a danger to him or herself, a danger to another person or the property of another person, or when child abuse or elder/dependent abuse is suspected. 

Fees

The average cost of therapy is between $80 and $100 per individual or family session. 

A sliding scale fee based on your income is available.
